African Wildlife Management & Wildlife
http://www.keytothekingdom.co.uk/

AWMC is a brand new site deployed for summer, 2010. The administration area is still under development but the main website has now been deployed. The site was designed and is managed by us at TwinCreations.

Technologies used include PHP4, & 5, XHTML, CSS and of course a little Javascript. The site is W3C compliant to CSS 2.1 and XHTML 1.0 strict.

Key To The Kingdom
http://www.keytothekingdom.co.uk/

The original site for Key To The Kingdom, which we designed and built in 2005 went back to the drawing board in late 2007 and was completely redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up. The focus was shifted from a graphics-intensive design to a content-based one. The dynamic fusion of PHP and MySQL was required to form the backbone for the design.

Flash and Javascript add funcionality and interactive content for an intelligent user interface, which is powerful but remains easy to use. The overall site design is controlled by a core of CSS stylesheets and a complete, custom built administration system manages the 450 or more site pages.

DnA Bouncy Castles
http://www.dnabouncycastles.co.uk/

This design for DNA Bouncy Castles perfectly illustrates the effectiveness of a one-page website, even for small businesses. Through this site, our client has been able to realise an online presence and thereby increase his business' turnover without great expense and advertising.

The client wanted the site to remain simple and keep costs down. As a result, it is built in HTML and the design is a playful and colourful mixed visual style combined with all the required information and contact details.

Brighton Bouncy Castles
http://www.dnabouncycastles.co.uk/

This project was a refresh of DnA Bouncy Castles. With a bigger budget and more time, the design became a new, more colourful and bigger site than before.

Technologies used include XHTML, CSS and of course, PHP.

Pixelbook
http://www.pixelbook.co.uk/

We were first commisioned to build an image hosting website in 2005, which ultimately became Pixelbook. The site was one of our earliest projects and was built from a web programmers perspective on a very limited budget. As a result, much less time was given to visual appeal than a solid programming base and in the end, a simplistic, less-is-more design was achieved.

The result is a non-standards compliant design with tons of open space, creating a relaxed feel for the user. Pixelbook is built almost entirely from PHP and MySQL. The Flash inserts pre-date the Microsoft/Flash war, which is why (in IE) you are required to click on the control applets to activate each one.

Mary Mostert Photography
http://www.marymostert.co.uk/

This site was provided for the client within three weeks, from drawing board to finishing touches. It is built using PHP, MySQL and flatfile technology to handle the photographs. The main style for the site is achieved through CSS.

Image portfolios and galleries have a nasty tendency to become over-crowded, too heavy and very slow. With this design, we settled on a simple approach, aimed at speed and ease of use. The design allows the user full access to the site content without scrolling and maintains the focus on what the client wanted; the images.

Ask The Twins
http://www.att.co.uk/

Ask The Twins is another project of ours, focusing on PC problems and advice. It occurred to us that we needed an online outlet to be able to help people who struggled with IT problems. Enter Ask The Twins.co.uk.

The basic site is powered by Wordpress 2.6, though the theme has been heavily modified into it's current guise, with added plugins to support some complex features we required, as well as additional administration modules to assist in managing the site.
